13. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Seller Responsibility
CANVTHIS MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C. (“CANVTHIS”) operates as an e-shop selling photographic prints, digital visuals, and related content. We are not a licensed financial institution, payment processor, or money services business (MSB). We do not provide escrow, investment, or custody services. Each customer is solely and fully responsible for ensuring that all activities on their account — including but not limited to sales, fund transfers, and promotions — are in compliance with local and international Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the origin of funds or the legality of transactions conducted by users on our platform.
14. Right to Investigate and Withhold Funds
CANVTHIS reserves the right to:
- Temporarily withhold, delay, or cancel settlement payments to any user upon suspicion of suspicious or illegal activity.
- Request identification documents or additional verification at any time.
- Report such activity to local authorities, regulators, or other competent bodies. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, blocklisting, or permanent removal from the platform.
15. Indemnity Regarding AML Compliance
By using the platform, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CANVTHIS, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims, investigations, damages, or liabilities resulting from their failure to comply with applicable AML or financial regulations.
WORKSPACE DIGITAL ASSETS & ORDERS
Processing & Delivery Timeline
The workspace digital assets, and files made available through our Workspace (“Workspace Assets”) are dynamically generated or prepared upon order placement.

Generation Window: Workspace Assets are generated and processed following successful payment authorization.

Account Delivery: All ordered Workspace Assets will be delivered to and accessible from your registered account within twenty-four (24) hours of payment completion.
Payment Authorization & Order Placement
An order for a Workspace Asset is deemed final once payment has been cleared. By submitting an order, you authorize us to immediately initiate asset generation. Due to the automated or customized nature of Workspace Asset processing, orders cannot be canceled or modified once generation has commenced.
Fulfillment Delays & Support Procedure
While we strive to fulfill all Workspace Assets within the 24-hour timeframe, unexpected server load, third-party service disruptions, or scheduled system maintenance may occasionally cause processing delays.

Support Threshold: If your Workspace Asset is not available in your account after 24 consecutive hours from the time of payment confirmation, please contact Customer Support at info@canvthis.com with your Order ID.

Remedies: In the event of an extended delay beyond 24 hours, our sole liability shall be to prioritize manual completion of your order or, if generation cannot be completed, issue a refund or account credit at our discretion. Temporary delays do not automatically entitle the buyer to a cancellation or refund.
Account Access & Storage
Workspace Assets will remain available for download within your account dashboard in accordance with our standard data retention schedule. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and downloading copies of your completed assets for offline storage.
